Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup of any milk (cow, almond, coconut, rice, oat, soy)
- Yogurt (Greek, almond, coconut)
- Berries
- 1 tablespoon of almond, cashews or peanut butter
- Chopped strawberries
- ½ teaspoon of maca powder if desire
Method
- In a glass container add the Chia seeds and the milk, leave it activating the seeds for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Add the yogurt as desire, the berries, almond butter, strawberries and maca powder. Mix well and Enjoy!!
