Ingredients

- 1 cup of cooked Quinoa
- 1 cup of cherries tomatoes
- ¾ cup of fresh mozzarella cheese
- basil leaves
- Sacha Inchi Oil
- Maras, sea or Himalaya salt and pepper
Method
- In a bowl introduce the cooked grainy Quinoa, add the cherries tomatoes cut on half, the fresh mozzarella cut on cubes, the basil leaves chopped.
- Season with Sacha Inchi oil salt and pepper as desire.
- This is a very fast and easy meal to prepare and it is very fresh and tasty. Full of proteins, amino acids, omegas 3 and 6 and vitamins.
